About Nimbus Engineering
Nimbus Engineering was originally established in 2002 by owner Michael, who is a mechanical engineer by profession and a passionate advocate of caravanning.
With an interest in 4×4’s, Michael noticed a gap in the Adelaide market for innovative caravanning products. And it was through this exciting discovery that Nimbus Engineering Pty Ltd was born.
Passionate about the great outdoors and for camping in the Blue Mountains, Michael began to research how to build his own motor home from scratch.
Working on the basis that if it wasn’t good enough for himself, the same would go for his customers. Michael quickly decided that he didn’t want or need, half the items that came as default in a caravan or motorvan.
By completely overhauling modern and classic caravans, important features like air conditioning, fridges, microwaves, induction stoves and solar battery systems can be added.
